¡Hola! I'm Miss Sara

Hola! I’m Miss Sara—a first-generation Mexican American and a native Spanish speaker. Spanish has always been the heart of my home and culture. I actually learned English as a child by watching PBS Kids, which gave me a firsthand understanding of what it’s like to learn a new language in a fun, engaging way.

Education has been a lifelong theme in my family. My dad is a speech therapist specializing in special needs education, and I’ve had the chance to work alongside him, supporting children on the spectrum and those with developmental delays. These experiences shaped the way I teach—with patience, creativity, and compassion.

Now based in Arizona and pursuing my Law Degree, I continue to follow my passion for education by helping kids learn Spanish in a way that’s joyful and meaningful. My lessons are tailored to each child’s needs, and I love making learning feel fun and interactive!
